Mount Maunganui Athletic Club AGM - June 29 2010

The Mount Maunganui Athletic Club will hold its Annual General Meeting on June 29, 2010 at 7.30pm. All members and prospective members are encouraged to attend. The more people we have involved in the club, the better the club will be in the coming season for our kids!

The agenda will include:

1. Approval of the minutes from the previous AGM

2. Approval of the financial accounts for 2009

3. Appointment of officers for the 2010/11 season including President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.

Upcoming Events

Club nights

Club nights are held on Mondays at Mount College from 5.15pm with a 5.30pm start time. Finish times range from 6pm to 6.30pm depending on the age group.

The first club night for 2011/12 is Monday October 31st. The last night for 2011 is December 2011. Dates for the second half of the season after Christmas will be posted here later in the season.

A decision has been made to cancel the sausage sizzle - due to the forecasted bad weather. Athletics will still be on if the rain has not begun and it will still be a fun night so hopefully we will see you there!
