Club nights

Club nights are held on Mondays at Mount College from 5.15pm with a 5.30pm start time. Finish times range from 6pm to 6.30pm depending on the age group.

Note - the 2010/11 season starts on October 11 at 5.15pm. This is the first day back after the school holidays, and will be a fun night.Read more

Registration for the 2010/2011 season

Registrations for the 2010/11 season will be held on Tuesday 21 September and Wednesday 22 September from 4.30pm to 6pm. You can also register and pay online here if you can't make it to the registration evening.

The season kicks off on Monday October 11 at 5.15pm and will run through until March 2010, with a break over the summer holidays.

Mount Maunganui Athletic Club AGM - June 29 2010

The Mount Maunganui Athletic Club will hold its Annual General Meeting on June 29, 2010 at 7.30pm. All members and prospective members are encouraged to attend. The more people we have involved in the club, the better the club will be in the coming season for our kids!Read more

The 2009/10 Season has now ended!

After a great season, we're sad to announce that athletics has ended for another year.  We'll be back again in Term 4 (date to be confirmed). In the meantime, we'll be holding our Annual General Meeting soon; keep an eye on this website for dates. We'll also be sending out an email to all of this year's members with the AGM information.

Club Fun Night and Prize Giving

On March 15, weather permitting, we are holding our Club Fun Night and Prize Giving at our normal venue at Mount Maunganui College. This will be the last night of the 2009/10 season.

The Fun Night will start at the normal time of 5.15pm. There will be a number of fun events for all of the club members. Once the events are finished we will move on to prize giving, followed by a free sausage sizzle for all members.

Te Aroha Ribbon Day will take place on Saturday 13th February, starting at 10am at Herries Park on Rewi Street, Te Aroha.Read more

Club Champs and other club dates - UPDATED

The Club Championships will be held this term starting on February 22. They will be run on Feb 22nd, Mar 1 and Mar 8.

All children MUST be registered and fully paid up members to participate.

Remember your child competes in their age group based on their age on December 31 2009. The club champs (track and field events) are run as individual events on championship nights with championship certificates awarded to the individual athletes for their placings 1st, 2nd, 3rd.Read more

2010 Season starts on Monday Feb 8th

After a long and mostly hot summer, and the return of kids to school this week, Athletics will resume on Monday February 8th. Usual time, usual place. See you there!
